Step 1 - Choose the set top box you require

Sky Boxes

Sky+ HD 500GB or Sky+HD 1.5TB

Essentially there are two types of Sky boxes available and the only difference is the size of the hard drive (this determines the amount of recording you can store along with the Anytime programs you can receive). With a Sky monthly subscription the hard drive allows you to pause and record live TV. You can select series link, which allows automatic recording of complete series and access to Sky Anytime where Sky select a number of programs for you to select at any time of the day.

Both boxes are completely future proof, offering both High Definition and 3D capabilities.

Step 2 - Choose the additional services and programs you require.

To add channels and services to the Sky box you will need a Sky Viewing Card. This acts as a key to add channels and services.

Sky Viewing Card (You must make a minimum monthly payment of £20).

The minimum subscription of £20 gives you one base package of your choice and accesses the hard drive functions so you can record and access Sky Anytime. The minimum subscription also includes a number of superb high definition channels at no extra cost. You can add base packages for an extra £1 per month. The premium channels are the Sports and Movies (see package guide for monthly prices). If you require high definition channels for your subscription packages you must add £10 per month.

You can also add certain extra channels such as ESPN, MUTV, Zee TV etc. for an additional monthly fee.

The card has to be managed from the UK for upgrades/downgrades etc.

Packages

Freesat viewing card (This is subscription free)

This card adds Channels such as Channel 4 and Channels 4 HD Channel 5 Film 4 etc.

You will not be able to access the pause and record functions with this card.

Step 3 - Go to the checkout and securely pay for your order online.

Your order will be sent out within 24 hours by UPS courier and you will receive a tracking number so you can track the progress of your order.

Step 4 - Further information required

Once you have ordered a Sky subscription viewing card from us, you will need to contact us with your monthly subscription payment details and package details. Please call us with these details. The card will then be sent out to you on a minimum package to avoid you paying unnecessary charges.

Step 5 - Activation

Once you have received your equipment and had it installed please contact us so we can activate the card in your box and put it on the selected package.

To enable your decoder and Sky card, you will, of course require a satellite dish

The dish should be installed by a local satellite TV installer, who will supply the dish and cabling. The dish must be aligned to Astra satellite at 28.2 degrees east of south.
