Installation
Skycards.eu are not installers. It is the Purchasers responsibility to have the correct size dish fitted to receive the Sky signal. All purchasers should contact a local satellite installer and get professional advice. Skycards.eu can not be held responsible if the subscription can not be received due to the satellite signal.
Service
If you have any problems, questions or require service on your account you must ONLY contact Skycards.eu. That is why we charge the annual fee of £100 so we can provide this service to you.
Never call the Sky numbers that appear on your screen. Calling such numbers may result in the card being cancelled by Sky. If this happens we can not be held responsible and the card can never be reactivated. A new card will have to be purchased.
Hosting/Management Fee
Skycards.eu charge a hosting/management fee, which is due 12 months after initial activation and every 6 months thereafter. The fee is £50.00, which will be charged every 6 months, which equates to an annual fee of £100.00. The fee will be set up as a 6 monthly recurring transaction and is non-refundable should you wish to cancel before the 6 months has expired.
The fee covers the following services 1.Hosting of the account at an UK address provided by skycrds.eu 2. Calling Sky on the customers behalf with any package changes, payments queries and change of details. 3. The replacement of cards that have been updated by Sky.
To cancel the account you will need to e mail info@skycards.eu with confirmation to give 30 days notice on your account with Sky.
The fee does not cover the booking of any box office events. This service can be provided at an additional cost of £20.00 per event booked.

Payment
Skycards.eu accepts payments via Pay Pal the secure online credit/debit card system on our website, cheques drawn against a British Bank or Bank Transfers. Payment details for your Sky Card Subscription will be passed to Sky on your behalf and transactions will appear on your statement as Sky Subscribers Services Limited, Sky Online both subsidiary of BSKYB.Definitions
"Purchaser" means the user of our site. "Seller" means Skycards.eu.
Purpose
Skycards.eu have established this site to enable the Purchaser to enquire/order/purchase services and/or equipment for use in conjunction with satellite television.
Indemnity
The Purchaser shall indemnify the Seller and/or its associates, employees, officers and directors against all claims, liability or damage arising out of breach of these Terms & Conditions and/or services and equipment supplied by the Seller.

Delivery
Delivery is affected upon full payment. Viewing cards are delivered by mail and equipment via UPS.
Security
Security is very important to us. We take every reasonable precaution to protect your personal information both online and offline. We only ever share it with Sky. Information requested when ordering services and/or equipment including credit/debit card details is encrypted with SSL (Secure Socket Layer), the industry standard encryption software.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law the products and equipment we provide for sale are provided by us on an "as is" basis and we make no representations or warranties of any kind to the accuracy, completeness, satisfactory quality or suitability for any purpose of the information or any of the products and equipment contained on our site.
Warranties
When equipment and/or products are supplied by the Seller they carry the manufacturers warranty and guarantee. Faulty Digiboxes will be sent back to the manufacture and a replacement reconditioned Digibox in the same or better condition will be sent back to you as soon as possible. We can not guarantee that the replacement will be exactly the same as the faulty one sent back.
The card will be covered for the initial 12 months and for the duration of any hosting/management fee that is paid for thereafter.
Law
If any exclusion, disclaimer or other provision contained in these Terms & Conditions is held to be invalid for any reason by a court of competent jurisdiction and the Seller becomes liable thereby for loss or damage that may lawfully be limited, such liability whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise, will not exceed the total charges paid by the Purchaser in the 12 months preceding such liability arising. All matters are governed by EU law.
Delivery policy
All orders are shipped within 2 to 5 working days subject to stock levels. Shipment will be confirmed by e mail which will include the relevant tracking reference number.
Equipment orders are shipped by Standard UPS and the cost is based on the number or units purchased. We can ship to all areas of Western Europe and can offer Standard, Express and next day delivery service. There may be extra costs involved for the Express and Next Day services and for those deliveries out side of Western Europe.
Card orders are sent by our standard service free of charge. We use Royal Mail’s Airsure or Sign for service depending on the country the order is being shipped to. If a card is being purchased with equipment it will be added to that delivery with no added charge.
UPS delivery can be requested but will be subject to extra costs.
