It is the customer’s responsibility to have the correct size dish fitted to receive the Sky signal. All purchasers should contact a local satellite installer and get professional advice prior to purchase. Sky subscription channels are guaranteed subject to receiving a signal.

Internet services and products are guaranteed with the provision of satisfactory internet connection, speed and quality. These provisions are highlighted and requirements listed in each products or services specifications.

The subscription will become active once ordered. You agree to the terms here by ordering, activating or taking receipt of the products ordered. This does not affect your statutory rights and there is a 14 day cooling off period which means that the subscription / products can be refunded upon receipt of the return of products ordered minus any shipping or administration costs incurred.


The service we offer is a hosted service. This means that we manage the account for you and for any queries you may have we would ask that you contact us. We have a variety of ways you can contact us listed on this website. Please do not contact Sky directly even if the number appears on screen. Sky may cancel you subscription if you do this. If this happens we are not responsible and you may need to purchase a new Sky card.

The term of the contract is 12 months. You have to subscribe to Sky for a minimum of 12 months after activation.

Hosting/Management Fee

For the service we offer through a Sky subscription there is a hosting and management fee , which is due 12 months after initial activation and every 6 months thereafter. The fee is £100, which will be charged every 6 months, which equates to an annual fee of £200.00. The fee will be set up as a 6 monthly recurring transaction and is non-refundable should you wish to cancel before the 6 months has expired.

The fee covers the following services

  1. Hosting of the account at an UK address provided by
  2. Contacting Sky on your behalf with any changes to payments, packages or any queries you may have.
  3. The replacement of cards that have been updated by Sky.

We hope you enjoy your service through however if you would like to cancel your subscription at any time please can you contact us by e mail with confirmation to give 31 days notice on your account with Sky. You may give this notice to cancel 31 days before the 12 month subscription end.

Any correspondence needs to come to Sky may cancel your account if you contact them directly.

The fee does not cover the booking of any box office events or booking of any additional, standalone channels. This service can be provided at an additional cost of £30.00 per event or channels booked.

Prices and Content

All prices are in pounds sterling and are subject to VAT where applicable. Prices are subject to change with or without notice. Sky or may withdraw, change or add options, broadcasts or programming at any time. Guarantee of any particular channel or program can’t be given. The channel packages are subject to change in content and cost. Notification of any changes will be given through updates to the website.

Payment accepts payments any Credit or Debit card. We no longer accept payment by cheque.

Purpose have established this site to enable the Purchaser to enquire/order/purchase services and/or equipment for use in conjunction with satellite television or internet based services.


The Purchaser shall indemnify the Seller and/or its associates, employees, officers and directors against all claims, liability or damage arising out of breach of these Terms & Conditions and/or services and equipment supplied by the Seller.


Delivery is affected upon full payment. All deliveries are through UPS courier service.


Security is very important to us. We take every reasonable precaution to protect your personal information both online and offline. We adhere fully to the Data protection act. We don not share information. Information requested when ordering services and/or equipment including credit/debit card details is encrypted with the industry standard encryption software.

Our services and products are permitted only for use outside of the UK for individual, non commercial purposes.


To the extent permitted by law the products and equipment we provide for sale are provided by us on an “as is” basis and we make no representations or warranties of any kind to the accuracy, completeness, satisfactory quality or suitability for any purpose of the information or any of the products and equipment contained on our site.


When equipment and/or products are supplied by the they carry the manufacturers warranty and guarantee. Faulty equipment will be sent back to the manufacturer and a replacement will be sent back to you as soon as possible.

The card will be covered for the initial 12 months and for the duration of any hosting/management fee that is paid for thereafter.


If any exclusion, disclaimer or other provision contained in these Terms & Conditions is held to be invalid for any reason by a court of competent jurisdiction and the Seller becomes liable thereby for loss or damage that may lawfully be limited, such liability whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise, will not exceed the total charges paid by the Purchaser in the 12 months preceding such liability arising. All matters are governed by EU law. We recommend that customers have a valid TV licence if they are choosing to view any BBC broadcasts. is not responsible for monitoring this.

Delivery Policy

All orders are shipped within 2 working days subject to stock levels. Shipment will be confirmed by e mail which will include the relevant tracking reference number.

Equipment orders are shipped by Standard UPS and the cost is based on the number or units purchased. We can ship to all areas of Western Europe and can offer Standard, Express and next day delivery service. There may be extra costs involved for the Express and Next Day services and for those deliveries out side of Western Europe.

Card orders are sent by our Express service free of charge. If a card is being purchased with equipment it will be added to that delivery with no added charge.
